New Year’s Eve Balloon Pop Countdown

Looking for a little last minute activity for your kiddos to ring in the new year? Try this balloon pop countdown!

New Year's Eve Balloon Pop Countdown | Vicky Barone

We used a gold paint pen to draw numbers on some colorful balloons and added curled white ribbon. These are stuck to a wall with double stick tape, but you can also scatter them around the floor and have your kids hunt for each number!

We numbered ours 1-12 so the fun can start at noon. Every hour, on the hour, have someone pop a balloon! Or, change the numbers and pop them every half hour until midnight, starting whenever your guests arrive and your party starts!

Happy New Year, everyone! We hope you all have a safe, fun, and magical evening. See you next year!

Rock Candy Champagne

Who says the kiddos get to have all the fun? This sweet drink will make you feel like a kid again (well, minus the alcohol, of course).

Rock Candy Champagne | Vicky Barone

On your designated cocktail table or bar cart, place a tray of champagne glasses and a bottle of bubbly. Put a stick of rock candy into each glass and let your guests do the rest! We used blue rock candy, but any color will do! The clear rock candy makes an extra classy look while still being sweet and fun.

Remember to drink responsibly and have a safe and happy New Year! 🙂
