Ingredients: champagne, bitters, and an orange peel.
1. Add a dot of bitters to the bottom of a champagne glass.
2. Using the tip of a vegetable peeler, cut in a spiral motion around an orange to create long pieces of peel.
3. Give the orange peel and extra twist around a drink stirrer or your finger and put it in the glass.
