We absolutely loved these Gooey Monster Eye Cookies by Lil’ Luna so we thought we’d try our own with just THREE ingredients! Yes, that’s right, you only need three things to make our “last minute” version of these sweet Halloween treats…
Ingredients: sugar cookie dough, green sugar sprinkles, and candy eyes.
Directions:
1. Cut sugar cookie tube into 1/8″ slices.
2. Pour sprinkles into a bowl and coat each sugar cookie slice completely in sprinkles.
3. Place cookies on a lined baking sheet and bake according to directions on packaging.
4. Remove cookies from oven and immediately press candy eyes into the center.
