Happy Friday! We have a little treat for you all today! These dark chocolate candies have deliciously fresh pomegranate seeds in them. And the adorable heart shapes make them perfect for Valentine’s Day!
Here’s what you need: a silicone mold, dark chocolate, coconut oil, and pomegranate seeds.
1. Fill the hearts with pomegranate seeds.
2. In a bowl, melt dark chocolate with a spoonful of coconut oil.
3. Pour the melted chocolate over the pomegranate seeds. Tape the tray lightly against your work surface to melt the chocolate fill in all the gaps.
4. Set in the freezer for a few hours or overnight.
We could not stop eating these! They are so refreshing and chocolaty you will surely get hooked.
