Fruit & Yogurt Breakfast Pops

Rise and shine! Today we’re sharing an easy and healthy breakfast recipe you can eat on the go! These fruit and yogurt Popsicles are made with the simplest of ingredients to kick start your morning. Here’s how to make your own…

Fruit & Yogurt Breakfast Pops | Vicky Barone

Ingredients: greek yogurt, fresh fruit, honey, and granola (optional).

We used our favorite Popsicle mold, which you can find on Amazon right here!

Directions:
1. In a bowl stir together yogurt and honey (to taste).
2. Scoop yogurt mixture into Popsicle molds until they are about half full.
3. Add fresh fruit and push down to the bottom using a spoon or a Popsicle stick. Add as much fruit as you like until it almost reaches the top.
4. Finish off the Popsicle with a scoop of yogurt and a sprinkle of granola.
5. Add a Popsicle stick and place in the freezer overnight.

That’s it! Just a few simple ingredients and you’re ready for a healthy and delicious breakfast – no spoons necessary!

All you need to make these cute little breakfast bites is pancake mix and cake pop sticks!

Ingredients: pancake mix, milk, and eggs.

Directions:
1. Combine ingredients according to pancake mix package.
2. For pans that are NOT non-stick, grease with spray oil.
3. One at a time, spoon pancake batter into the pan to create a small circle (ours were about 2-2.5 inches in diameter).
4. Immediately place a cake pop stick into the center of the pancake and roll the stick to cover it in batter.
5. Flip the pancake when bubbles begin to form and cook until done.

Breakfast Muffins

Good morning, everyone! Today we’re sharing a tasty breakfast recipe that makes the morning rush so much more enjoyable. I got this recipe from my college roommate (thanks, Jess!) and with only five ingredients, it’s super easy to throw together. I love to keep these delicious muffins in the freezer on standby for when we only have time for a 30 second breakfast.

Grab a muffin tin, preheat your oven to 325, and let’s get to cooking!

Ingredients:
8 eggs
1 lb sausage
2 cups milk
1 cup Bisquick
1 cup shredded cheese

Directions:
1. Brown sausage in a skillet and drain.
2. Whisk together the 8 eggs and the cup of Bisquick thoroughly.
3. Add milk and continue to mix.
4. Spray muffin tin with baking spray
5. Put sausage into muffin tins and sprinkle with cheese.
6. Pour the egg mixture on top of the sausage and cheese until the muffin tins are about 2/3 to 3/4 full.
7. Bake at 325 for about 20 minutes or until brown on top.

Keep leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat for 30 seconds in the microwave.

If you’d like to freeze them, they will keep for 1 month. Reheat for 1 minute in the microwave.
