What better way to celebrate Summer than with a boozy Popsicle? These Piña Colada Popsicles are sweet, refreshing, and easy to make. Just skip the rum to make them kid-friendly!
Ingredients:
1 cup coconut milk
3 oz coconut rum
5 pineapple slices
2 tablespoons pineapple juice
Directions:
In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend. Pour mixture into Popsicle mold and add Popsicle sticks. Freeze overnight or until solid.
Make sure you label these Popsicles clearly so they’re not accidentally given to kiddos! Use less rum to make them more solid, or just eat them quickly as they melt faster than alcohol-free Popsicles!
